I have always loved sharing knowledge with others.

The Empire Within is my channel about making the best of the age of AI. I am based in Germany, I keep my face out of the videos, and a character stands in for me on screen.

Welcome to Hire or Fire, where we grill skills. I test Claude skills and GitHub projects that other people built, and every one ends with a verdict: Hire, it earns a place in my toolbox, or Fire, it does not.

How I test

I run every skill on a real task from my day-to-day work. Then I decide, and I tell you why.

Who it is for

If you are just starting out with AI tools, I explain things in plain words. If you are more experienced, you will find new skills to try, and bundles of MIT-licensed skills that I put together for convenience, always with credit to their authors.
